What is not exchangeable / refundable?

Item purchased from Sale Promotion is not exchangeable or refundable unless there is a factory defect found on the item or an error of delivery from our side.

Exchange in terms of sizes, colour or design is not allowed.

Exchange / Refunds Request 

1. Only size exchange request is allowed, subject to the following conditions:

1.1. Request must be made 14 days after receiving the product(s).
1.2. The tag and accessories must remain intact and not be removed.
1.3. The product(s) must not have been washed.
1.4. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unaltered, unstained and undamaged.
1.5. The original packaging is required, excluding the courier plastic.
1.6. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
1.7. Only one exchange is allowed per single receipt.

2. Exchange requests based on color or design are not allowed.

3. Exchange request must be made via this email admin@qafaya.com. Order number is required.

4. Exchange request must be approved by the Exchange Department via admin@qafaya.com before returning the product(s).

5. The cost of re-shipping is borne by the customer.

6. If an error occurs on our part, we will bear the cost of re-shipping.

7. We will proceed to ship out the replacement after we have received the product that meets the return policy criteria.

8. Refund will be made when all of the following conditions are met:

8.1. Wrong or defected item is received AND;
8.2. Replacement stock is not available.

9. Change of mind reason is not applicable for exchange or refund.

10. Order cancellation is not allowed and not refundable.

11. Exchange or refund is not applicable for customer input/ordering/receiving errors.

12. Due to variations in device settings and display characteristics, exchange or refund requests based on personal preferences regarding color, fabric, or design are not applicable.

13. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or late delivery caused by the courier.

14. Qafaya / ZEXARA has the right to reject any exchange or refund requests.
